Event Description
What is nanotechnology and how is it being applied throughout this region in various fields - from human health to energy and industrial processing? This session will introduce participants to innovative applications of nanotechnology in medical devices, biopharmaceuticals, industrial materials, coatings, electronics and renewable energy. It is geared at educating scientists, engineers and those providing support to this emerging set of enabling technologies that offer novel solutions across a broad range of industries. Industry experts in our region will share insights and lay out examples of nanotechnology to help paint the picture. Equally important, participants will have a chance to both meet the presenters and build their network with other attendees.
Topics covered:
• Engineering/Physics/Tools Nano Applications
• BioNano Applications
